1. Who this notice covers
This notice applies to visitors, creator applicants, accepted creators, and authorised users of WavelaunchOS. In this notice, "Wavelaunch," "we," and "us" mean Wavelaunch Studio LLC.
2. Information we collect
Application information: your name, email, country or region, creator profiles, audience size, content category, audience information, business ideas, availability, and the answers you choose to submit.
Account and partnership information: login identifiers, application status, contract and onboarding-fee status, workspace milestones, decisions, requests, and records produced during the studio relationship.
Technical information: basic request logs, browser and device information, security signals, approximate location derived from an IP address, and information needed to prevent abuse. Draft application answers may also be stored locally in your browser until you submit or clear them.
3. How we use information
- Review applications and decide whether there is a potential studio fit.
- Communicate about an application, contract, onboarding, or active partnership.
- Provide and secure WavelaunchOS accounts and creator workspaces.
- Plan and operate the product, brand, manufacturing, launch, and growth work agreed with accepted creators.
- Prevent fraud, protect the service, meet legal obligations, and maintain reliable records.
- Understand and improve the application and creator experience.
We do not sell creator application information or use it for third-party behavioural advertising.
5. How long we keep information
Unsuccessful or withdrawn application records are ordinarily retained for up to 24 months so we can operate cohorts, respond to questions, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and consider a creator for a future cohort where appropriate.
Accepted-creator, contract, payment, and operating records are kept for the duration of the relationship and then for as long as reasonably required for legal, tax, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution purposes. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to certain uses. You may also withdraw an application before a final decision. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or to protect legitimate rights.
7. Security and international processing
We use access controls, private server-side data access, encrypted connections, and operational safeguards designed to protect application and account information. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Wavelaunch and its providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for those transfers.
8. Applicants under 18
The creator program is not intended for people under 18. Do not submit an application if you are under 18.
9. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the program and its service providers change. The effective date at the top shows when this version took effect. Material changes affecting an active creator relationship will be communicated through an appropriate verified channel.
